An elderly man was standing in his kitchen, doing something that looked… deeply suspicious.
He had taken the wall clock down, placed it carefully on the floor, turned on the radio—and not just any station—full-on hip-hop blasting through the speakers.
Then it got worse.
He started dancing.
Not normal dancing… we’re talking full commitment—gyrating, bouncing, tapping his foot directly on the face of the clock like it owed him money. Every beat, tap tap tap on the poor clock.
Right then, his wife walked in.
She froze.
She blinked.
She looked at the scene again, just to confirm reality hadn’t glitched.
Her husband… dancing on a clock… to hip-hop.
“WHAT,” she said slowly, “in heaven’s name are you doing?!”
The old man didn’t even stop. Still grooving. Still tapping.
Finally, he looked up proudly and said:
“Our granddaughter told me you can make money dancing on Tik-Tok!”
There was a long silence.
His wife stared at him.
Then at the clock.
Then back at him.
“You… idiot,” she said, trying not to laugh, “that’s TikTok… not tick-tock!”
The old man paused.
Looked down at the clock.
Looked back at her.
Then shrugged and kept dancing.
“Well,” he said, “either way… I’m still waiting for my first payment!”
